With its large battery and off-grid design, this model is particularly suitable for large areas or parks. Especially in clinics or hospitals, they can lure people into the fresh air and sunshine.



    Photovoltaic modules:
    The solar power is supplied by six monocrystalline glass-glass modules, each with 420 W.
    A module that absorbs sunlight on both sides.

    Solar charge controller:
    The 150/35 MPPT is used as the solar charge controller.
    This offers a very good solar yield through super-fast hiking and changing the MPPT.
    The energy storage can be charged with solar energy at up to 35 A.

    The MultiPlus-II 48/3000/35-32 230V is installed here as an inverter.
    This generates a maximum AC output of 3kW from solar energy and is more than sufficient to feed it into the grid.
    The Multiplus also functions as a charger for the energy storage device.

    Zero energy meter:
    Ensures that the energy generated can be used throughout the house and feeds in energy that is not needed.

    Depending on the model, the PV ports offer 2 or 4 sockets, each with 2 USB ports.
    Each side is 10A fused and the PV port has its own GFCI circuit breaker.

    Storage system:
    Pylontech 48V 2.4kWh lithium iron phosphate
    Extremely cycle-resistant and durable
    Intelligent battery with protection against overvoltage, short circuit, extreme temperatures and constant monitoring of the cells

    Mechanical structure:
    Self-ballasting structure; no piercing of the roof
    Based on CFD and solar yield simulations, the optimized east-west orientation of the modules has enabled the design to withstand the wind loading conditions stipulated by the requirements of the Indian Standard (IS875 Part 3) for a base wind speed of 50 m/s are defined considering flat terrain for installation on buildings up to 12 m high (4 floors). The construction can also withstand the load of wind speeds of 55 m/s including Venturi effects at 1 m from the edge of the terrace. (Certificate available)


    Rotomolded Bench:
    One of the two banks contains all the electronics, the inverter and the energy storage in a cavity surrounded by water. This bench comes pre-assembled at the factory with all electronics. The other bank provides space for the installation of energy storage with potential future capacity expansion. The water in both banks is filled on site, allowing for easy transport. The advantages of water-filled benches are twofold:
    The weight of the bench is significantly increased by the water, acting as a counterweight to any buoyancy forces that may be caused by wind.
    The water surrounding the electronics acts as a liquid-cooled heat sink and thermal buffer, improving efficiency and keeping the energy storage devices within the allowable temperature range for their 10-year warranty.

    Connection to the house
    PV Port & Store has two outputs a) for supplying the non-critical load and b) for supplying the critical load. There are several ways to PV Port & Connect the store in the house. However, it is recommended to use a dedicated 16A MCB on the junction box. This eliminates the risk of the MCB being blinded and is therefore safe to use. For the zero export function, a current sensor is attached to the input of the distribution box, which communicates with the inverter via a Zigbee wireless connection. If the Zigbee signals are not reliable, a wired communication cable can be used as an alternative.

    Monitoring and communication
    Monitoring is done via the inverter and a simple communication method is in the works. An APP is currently being developed that allows the user to download the data from the inverter by using the smartphone as a hotspot (no WiFi, no GSM required). The data is transmitted via the mobile phone's network to a central server, which places the data in a web portal (PV Port Portal).
